Opening a File
	Locate the raw image file. After you have downloaded or created your initial image, open it with Paint Shop Pro. Look to the upper left and click File. Click Open in the File dropdown menu.
	Open the image file. Use the Look in dropdown menu to find your image file. Double-click the file name. If your file is not in the list, use the Look in dropdown menu to search other places on the computer such as the floppy drive.
