| Millennium was implementing a new records-tracking system across several departments at one site. I conducted the needs assessment, and as part of the engagement, created the design concept for the training and performance support solution.
Millennium is a Takeda Oncology Company focusing on improving cancer treatment. | ||

| This project was particularly challenging in that a new LMS was being implemented just prior to the NemoursOne software GoLive. It was quite critical to determine navigation, information architecture, and the interaction of the functionality in the LMS, training portal, job aid, and course levels. The design concept was used to create the LMS, training portal, and course prototypes.
This NemoursOne project implemented an inpatient EMR impacting all physicians and their treatment teams—approximately 2,200 associates—at the A.I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware. Training for the five Epic software modules consisted of approximately 35 WBTs and 15 ILTs embracing 45 roles with associated training roadmaps. | ||

site residing in WebCT, as well as presenting
a rationale for development.
The specifications present the architecture and functions of the web site which was projected to reside within a WebCT course available to faculty.
IT - User Services hosts the WebCT CMS and provides training on it for University faculty. Recent changes in the training approach and a desire to reach more users prompted the request to provide online training to the over 500 faculty WebCT users. | ||

course concept is a collaboration with an AstraZeneca
employee classmate. I created the web site,
and we collaborated on
course design and content. The sessions are
meant to run over a 6-week period.
Pharmaceutical firms like AstraZeneca rely on FDA Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) procedures to maintain safe, pure, and potent products. This is a mission-critical employee skill, and thus, a centerpiece for the training department. | ||
