Training recommendations provide an overarching process for all staff and a variety of instructional and performance support avenues.
The Ambulatory Care Clinic serves approximately 1,200 families daily with about 220 associates. It is housed within the A.I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware and offers a variety of pediatric sub-specialties. | ||

The curriculum map was developed after extensive research and also includes instructional objectives.

Respiratory Therapy — Bronchoscope Training Storyboard and Script << View >> Nemours Foundation - A.I. duPont Hospital for Children Client Web Site Wilmington, DE ![]() | Being proficient in bronchoscope preparation is critical. It was discovered that some associates were unable to locate and setup bronchoscopes located in several areas of the hospital. The storyboard and script helped ensure an effective and appropriate online course.
Respiratory Therapy serves every area of the hospital. Therapists are especially needed in the ED, NICU, and PICU. | ||
