I was responsible for developing a 4.5 hour ILT workshop and associated materials on the topic of modalities for training. The target audience was learning managers, directors, and instructional designers.

I consulted on and formulated an improved HR team blended training on the Gore hiring process. As part of this engagement, I updated and reformatted the facilitator and participant guides, as well as created the class presentation.The target audience was HR and cross-functional hiring team associates.

The Project Management@Nemours program offers comprehensive classes and certification. After subject matter analysis, the team mapped out "closing" as the final phase of a project. This required finalizing the curriculum map, developing an ILT facilitator guide, PowerPoint presentation, and a course manual.

One of the nation’s largest health systems dedicated to the health of children, Nemours cared for 239,000 individuals in 2006 during more than 560,000 outpatient visits, 11,000 hospital admissions to the A. I. duPont Hospital for Children as well as an estimated 25,000 to affiliates; and 47,000 surgical procedures.

I designed and conducted a 2-day MS Project workshop for plant engineers and project managers. I produced a facilitator guide and presentation that leveraged a Microsoft Project beginners textbook. Learners also practiced using a plant project management web interface. This training was critical to help improve efficiencies and accuracy for a plant shutdown and downstream operations.
